This two-day conference will provide in-depth introductory and mid-level LIHTC, HUD, and CED workshops for newer lawyers with an experienced faculty of practitioners, focusing on current issues facing the affordable housing and community development industry.

This conference promises to be interactive and informative and will include a combination of workshops, panels and simulations focusing on core and emerging areas in the field of affordable housing and community development law. You will hear from local participants in the affordable housing/community development space and there will be time for networking with colleagues and friends.
In accordance with MCLE requirements, the American Bar Association offers financial hardship scholarships for live, in-person, and multi-session virtual event CLE programs.
