Refunds & Cancellations

If the ABA cancels a program, attendees will be notified via email, and paid registrations will be refunded. To cancel your registration before September 25, 2026, please email Lee.Swanson@americanbar.org. 

Refunds will be applied to original form of payment. There will be a $50 cancellation fee for registrations of $100 or more. Alternatively, there will be a $25 cancellation fee for registrations less than $100. After September 25, 2026, refunds will not be granted; however, we will gladly accept substitutions for those unable to attend.
