Please join us for a half-day event (3 CLE programs) on Wednesday, October 7th that offers experts’ insights into the latest documentation trends of the U.S. corporate loan market and a deep dive into the negotiation of an intercreditor agreement in a bankruptcy context as well as the ethics of negotiation. This will be followed by a cocktail party where you can network with other members of the ABA Business Law Section's Commercial Finance Committee. All is graciously hosted by Greenberg Traurig and thus free for all to attend. The event is being held the day before the LSTA’s Annual Conference, so please plan your travel and accommodation accordingly.
