Join RPTE leaders from across the country for the 2026 Fall Leadership Meeting, October 28–30, 2026, at the Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills.

This annual gathering brings together Section officers, council members, committee leaders, fellows, and emerging leaders to help shape RPTE's future. Attendees will participate in strategic planning, leadership development, committee meetings, and networking opportunities designed to strengthen relationships and advance the profession.

Whether you are an experienced leader or taking on a new role, the Fall Leadership Meeting offers a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas, build connections, and contribute to the Section's success. We look forward to welcoming you to Los Angeles for an engaging and productive experience.

TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENT POLICY

Leadership Meetings
For attendance at the annual Fall and Spring leadership meetings, a maximum
reimbursement amount will be allowed to offset the cost of lodging and for travel as
follows:

Fall Leadership Meeting: $750

Prior to the announcement of each meeting, the Section Chair, in consultation with the
Executive Committee, will approve the list of positions eligible for reimbursement.
Generally, the positions approved for reimbursement under this policy for each meeting
are as follows:

Fall Leadership Meeting

• Council members and ex officio council members
• Standing Committee chairs, vice-chairs, and members
• Group chairs and vice-chairs
• Division Committee chairs
• Editors

To be eligible for reimbursement for attendance at a leadership meeting, a member must
attend the meeting of the group to which they are appointed.
