REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
If the ABA cancels a program, attendees will be notified via email, and paid registrations will be refunded. To cancel your registration before October 9, 2026, please email lee.swanson@americanbar.org. Refunds will be applied to original form of payment. There will be a $50 cancellation fee for registrations greater than or equal to $100. Alternatively, there will be a $25 cancellation fee for registrations less than $100. After October 9, 2026, refunds will not be granted, however, we will gladly accept substitutions for those unable to attend.
