Join us in Tokyo on November 19 as senior enforcers and leading practitioners come together to tackle the issues that matter most right now. In addition to the Global Seminar Series, the Section offers international insight throughout the year through the Antitrust International Committee.
The International Committee addresses all aspects of international developments in competition law and policy, as well as U.S. antitrust developments with international implications. Committee members have written treatises and handbooks on global competition issues, and they publish a quarterly newsletter, the International Antitrust Bulletin. The Committee keeps members informed about new laws and regulations, leading cases, enforcement trends, policy developments, and agency staff changes. The Committee facilitates international dialogue on competition policy by participating in efforts to expand its international outreach to foreign competition agencies and bar groups, and it works in conjunction with other committees to prepare comments on and analyses of policy initiatives and new competition laws and regulations globally.
