The Antitrust Masters Course is designed for mid-level or senior antitrust practitioners looking for more than the typical CLE conference
The Masters Course will involve a series of comprehensive lectures, led by Elizabeth Bailey, Daniel Francis, Andy Gavil, Bill Kovacic, and Howard Shelanski, examining the underlying trends and tensions in current antitrust doctrine. Attendees will choose among workshops on private litigation, government investigation, and merger practice designed to complement and supplement the lectures.
