ABA CILA and NITA Advocacy in Immigration Matters Training

This trial advocacy training provides attorneys and DOJ accredited representatives at non-profits the opportunity to "learn by doing" in a safe and supportive environment under the direction of experienced NITA and immigration faculty. Participants are placed in small groups throughout the three days where they will practice skills essential to advocating in immigration court. These skills will be practiced using a mock asylum case file for an unaccompanied minor.
